THE UPGRADED VERSION OF THE DESKTOP MANAGER WITCH IS V4.3 INSTEAD OF THE NORMAL 4.2 JUST GO TO
WWW.BLACKBERRY.COM AND YOU COULD DOWNLOAD THE NEW VERSION OF THIS ON YOUR COMPUTER AND THAT WILL
ALLOW YOU TO PUT VIDEO ON YOUR PEARL 8100 AND IT WORKS WITH VISTA SO NO PROBLEM IF YOU HAVE ANY
QUESTIONS ON STEP BY STEP TO DO THIS JUST REPLY AND I WILL GIVE YOU THE STEPS.....

The older version should work just fine. I believe the newer Desktop manger just has a newer look, firmwear and is compatible with more OS's like VISTA.

just use blackberry video converter and it's done also can save lot more space because it lowers the size of the video file.
