Camera saves to device memory

I got an issue. It doesn't matter how many times I set camera on my 8330 Curve to save Pictures to the media card it always switches back to saving in device memory. I used the camera options and BB options to set it to media card. It keeps changing. BTW I have not removed the media card in the process. Anyone?

that is strange, usually it automatically changes its settings to save to media card once there is one inserted. does it allow you to take video?

Yep it did too. I should have updated the post cause since os 4.5 upgrade this issue went away
