Its not on how many post, its on your beans, say you upload 20 things that have attachments that will be 40 beans but remember if you download things it will consume 1 bean so you need 500 for VIP, you can also get beans by using the promote link, and donating to the site which will also help with server cost and site maintenance, remember only get beans in the blackberry related forums and I don't think you get beans for wallpapers and ring tones.
