Here is an example. When you upload something your attachment will have an "aid" numbers. So just edit your post. Find the aid number if your attachment which will be listed where you attachment is under the text box. Then usually at the bottom of the text in your post you would do like this
[hide][attach]aid number here[/attach[/hide
No spaces between anything also make sure to put in the final ] after the second attach and hide. I did not use it in this example because you would not see a proper example of how to use
