Hi,
Just wondering what gets deleted from the phone?
Contacts?
Emails?
SMS?
How about other applications such as Word, excel, etc? do they get deleted?
How long does it take?
I'm currently performing it already and its taking a while to reset to factory settings.
It's been going on for the last 30 mins and it's still scrubbing.Author:

Are you using MFI loader?
Well either way .... once the OS gets back installed your word, documenst to go will be back on and whatever else the phone supplier has within the OS, BB maos will be gone, but can be readded again and so forth all stuff can be added if you did proper backups of third party apps and so forth.
Anyhoo .... MFI loader or a True factory Wipe can take up to 1- 1 1/2 hours.... just let it do its thing and you wait... :)Author:

Yeah I had to reset it once, not very painful.
