START A NEW EXPENSE
To add an expense, just tap on "New Expense" from your main expense list. An empty expense will appear. Next, tap the camera icon to get started!

TAKE A RECEIPT PICTURE
Your phone's camera will automatically launch. Line up your phone so that your receipt fills as much of the screen as possible, and snap a picture. Then:
Use the privacy editor tool, included with the software, to remove all such information before submitting your receipts.
Never send images containing your credit card number, partial credit card number, or other sensitive information.

YOUR RECEIPT WILL UPLOAD TO OUR SERVER
We'll take care of processing your receipt image into expense details, usually within five minutes.

We'll send you back the date, merchant name, and amount from your receipt. Did we get anything wrong? Just let us know and we'll send back any alternative values that were considered.

CHECK YOUR EXPENSE LIST
Your new expense is now a part of your expense list!

Hi, this is Dave from ProOnGo Expense. Thanks for posting about ProOnGo. To answer the NOTE...this will always be functional. You might be better off downloading directly from www.ProOnGo.com (go straight from your phone for the download).

Please contact support@ProOnGo.com if you have questions. ProOnGo Expense will always be free, but there is a Receipt Reader service that you can optionally pay for (currently also FREE while in beta).
