No. Wallpapers are too easy to come by.
You only get beans for apps/games/themes

No, but like any themes/ apps/games you need to check that they aren't already posted.

Any duplicate posts (same version) if found may be deleted and you may lose the beans you earned for that upload

Last point to remember some of the mods myself included hate games/themes/apps posted with no description and screenshots for themes/games

Posts like that also stand a very high chance of being deleted

To be fair you yourself would hate to download something waist a bean and find out last minute it doesn't work for you

Sounds like a great system. sort of keep things in a somewhat controlled environment.
