How do you add a signature for e-mail and text messages?

I'm not sure about a signature in SMS, but for your emails.. Log into your providers BIS site and from there, edit all your email accounts to include the sig of your choice.

I believe most by default will say something along the lines, "sent from my (provider name)'s blackberry device."
