Speciality WMA ringtones?

I recently edited down a bunch of favorite song into 30-40 second clips to use as ringtones in my phone. But the program I used made them all WMA format.
Would I still be allowed to post these on here?  Or is there some process I don't know about that you have to do to post ringtones you edited yourself?
